During the stop, one deputy returned to the patrol car to run standard checks while another noticed the driver attempting to hide a taped package under the driver’s seat. A search of the vehicle followed, revealing two taped blocks of heroin weighing approximately 598.5 and 599 grams respectively, a large Ziploc bag containing multiple bags of suspected crack cocaine totaling around 519 grams, and $3,818 in cash.
