The Waynesboro Police Department reports that the charges stem from a domestic disturbance that occurred at approximately 5:18 p.m. on the listed date. Kelly is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities have urged anyone with information regarding Kelly’s whereabouts to contact the Waynesboro Police Department at 717-762-2131.
The warrant, issued by Magisterial District Judge Gomez Shockey, remains active as of December 11, 2024. Legal proceedings will follow if Kelly is apprehended.
