Authorities in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania have announced charges against three individuals in connection with separate incidents occurring throughout April. Lisa Ann Dunn, 58, of Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance. The charge stems from an auto accident reported on April 5 at approximately 11:23 p.m. on South Potomac Street. Dunn was formally arrested on May 8, following a police investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.

In a separate case, Isaiah Rasaun Santiago Lucas, 20, of Hagerstown, Maryland, faces one count of criminal mischief. Authorities allege that Lucas was responsible for damaging a vehicle window on April 7 at 11:26 p.m. on East Third Street in Waynesboro. His arrest occurred on May 6, two days prior to Dunn’s.

Another criminal mischief charge was filed against Akira Elizabeth Rogers, 22, of Fairfield. According to police, Rogers is accused of slashing the tires of a vehicle on West Main Street around 8:34 p.m. on April 14. She was taken into custody on May 8.

All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. The cases remain pending in the local judicial system.
