WAYNESBORO, PA News (12/11/2024) – A bench warrant has been issued for Jayden Robert Kelly, 20, of Hagerstown, Maryland, following an incident on Memorial Park Drive in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, on October 23, 2024. Kelly faces charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct.

The Waynesboro Police Department reports that the charges stem from a domestic disturbance that occurred at approximately 5:18 p.m. on the listed date. Kelly is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities have urged anyone with information regarding Kelly’s whereabouts to contact the Waynesboro Police Department at 717-762-2131.
The warrant, issued by Magisterial District Judge Gomez Shockey, remains active as of December 11, 2024. Legal proceedings will follow if Kelly is apprehended.
