During this public session, the Board of Elections will review and decide on the official locations for mail-in ballot drop boxes, which serve as a vital resource for voters wishing to return their ballots securely before Election Day. Furthermore, the meeting will determine the official list of Election Day polling places, ensuring accessible and convenient voting locations for all registered voters within the county. A significant item on the agenda is the selection of early voting sites, with the Board expected to confirm three primary locations and potentially a fourth from a list of proposed venues spread across the county. These early voting sites offer additional opportunities for residents to cast their ballots in the weeks leading up to the main election day.
The meeting is open to the public, and the Washington County Board of Elections strongly encourages community members to attend in person to observe the decision-making process.
