According to information from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Duncan pleaded guilty to coercion and enticement of a minor in November 2024. The investigation revealed that Duncan initiated contact with a 13-year-old girl in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, via online communications beginning in August 2022. During this period, he sent the minor gifts, including cellphones, which were used for their continued communication. In April 2023, Duncan traveled to Pennsylvania, where he met with the minor and engaged in sexual activity with her at a local hotel. This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a Department of Justice initiative aimed at combating child sexual exploitation and abuse by coordinating federal, state, and local law enforcement efforts to apprehend offenders and protect child victims. The investigation was a collaborative effort between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Pennsylvania State Police, with Assistant United States Attorney Christian T. Haugsby prosecuting the case.
