Responders from the Hagerstown Fire Department were dispatched to the scene and were able to bring the fire under control within five minutes. The incident required one alarm and the deployment of 15 firefighters. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries or deaths as a result of the fire, and no residents were displaced from their homes. The estimated monetary loss associated with the structural damage is reported to be $1,000. The fire alarm and sprinkler systems at the property were not a factor in this incident, and the status of smoke alarms is listed as not applicable. No arrests have been made in connection with the fire.
