During the initial traffic stop, deputies encountered Keymoni Javon Disney, 18, of Windsor Mill, Maryland. A loaded handgun was found in his possession, which was equipped with an extended magazine and a device that rendered it capable of fully automatic fire. Further investigation revealed that Disney was also carrying approximately 291 grams of cannabis and about $1,200 in U.S. currency. He faces charges related to firearms offenses and possession with intent to distribute.

In a subsequent traffic stop, deputies identified Demarion Lazivior Scott, 17, of Frederick, Maryland, as a passenger. Scott reportedly became uncooperative and was removed from the vehicle. Deputies immediately observed a loaded handgun with an extended magazine concealed beneath his leg. A search of the vehicle and its occupants led to the apprehension of another passenger, James Damaurie Monkister, 22, of Frederick, Maryland, who was found to be in possession of an additional loaded handgun with an extended magazine. The fourth individual taken into custody was Myanna Evans, 19, of Frederick, Maryland, who was found to have an active felony warrant issued in West Virginia. During this second stop, law enforcement also recovered suspected crack cocaine, cannabis, a digital scale, and approximately $1,500 in U.S. currency. Assistance during the incident was provided by officers from the Frederick Police Department.

Scott and Monkister are facing charges for firearms-related offenses and possession with intent to distribute. Evans was arrested on the out-of-state felony warrant. All four individuals were transported to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for booking.
