Residents have the opportunity to register for one, two, or all three training modules on each scheduled date, offering flexibility for those interested in acquiring a comprehensive set of emergency response skills. The training dates for 2026 have been set for February 18, April 25, July 18, and October 24. All sessions will commence at 9:00 AM and conclude at 12:00 PM, taking place at the Washington County Public Safety Training Center, located at 18350 Public Safety Place in Hagerstown, Maryland.
While advance registration is encouraged to secure a spot, participants can also register on the day of the event as drop-ins. An online signup form is available for those who wish to register in advance. This initiative is open to individuals of all ages, making it an accessible opportunity for the entire community to gain valuable knowledge and practical skills. The training directly impacts residents by providing them with the ability to act decisively and effectively in critical situations, potentially saving lives within their families and communities.
