The lawsuit against Hanover Armory follows a successful legal endeavor by the city against another entity, Polymer80. In that instance, the city secured a settlement that included an agreement from the manufacturer to cease selling ghost gun kits to residents of Maryland and neighboring states.
The trial, presided over by Baltimore City Circuit Judge Shannon Avery, is anticipated to span a duration of two weeks. The process began today with jury selection, with opening statements scheduled to follow on Tuesday.
