A structure fire occurred on the morning of March 31, 2025, at the Martins Grocery located at 18726 N Pointe Drive in Hagerstown, Maryland. The fire, which originated on the rooftop, was discovered by an employee at 8:52 a.m. and brought under control within five minutes. The estimated damage to the structure is approximately $15,000. No injuries or fatalities were reported, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.

The Longmeadow Volunteer Fire Company was the primary responding fire department, with 27 firefighters arriving on the scene. Only one alarm was necessary to manage the incident.
The Office of the State Fire Marshal, which is part of the Maryland Department of State Police, is leading the investigation.
