The affected vehicles were produced between January 27, 2025, and January 30, 2025, and were equipped with brake caliper assemblies sourced from Hitachi Astemo Mexico, S.A. de C.V. Due to a supplier production issue, the caliper assemblies may have reduced strength and could potentially break. If one or both calipers fail, customers may experience uneven braking and, in some cases, the “Low Brake Fluid” warning light may illuminate.
To address the issue, Nissan dealers will inspect the front brake caliper assemblies and replace any affected components. All repairs will be performed free of charge and are expected to take approximately one hour to complete.
