We need your help to stay paywall free

We know you value local news and entertainment that is free, open, and independent. Producing high-quality, paywall-free content isn't free. It takes time, effort, and resources to keep you informed and entertained. Unlike corporate media, we don’t have deep-pocketed investors or big advertisers funding our work—we rely on you, our readers and listeners, to keep Radio Free Hub City running. We're literally running on a shoe-string budget, but keep working hard to provide as much news and entertainment as we can.

If just 5% of local area residents became paid supporters at only $5 per month, we could meet our fundraising goals and continue expanding our news coverage depth while continuing to provide free access for everyone. So, if you'd like to help us in our continuing quest to improve our coverage, please consider becoming a paying supporter.

Will you be one of the 5%?

Police are urging residents in the area to review any private surveillance footage from November 3, between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., for any evidence of suspicious behavior. Investigators noted that Woodley was reportedly walking his dog at the time of the incident, which may aid residents in identifying relevant footage. Videos or images meeting these criteria can be submitted directly to the police via an online portal provided by the Hagerstown Police Department.

According to Maryland court records, Woodley faces multiple charges, including indecent exposure, indecent exposure to a minor, and charges under peeping tom and trespassing statutes. Following his arrest, he appeared in court on November 5, where the judge ordered he be held without bond. A bail review hearing on November 6 confirmed the hold-without-bond status. Woodley’s next scheduled court appearance is a trial date on December 12 at the Washington District Court.

Area residents are encouraged to cooperate with law enforcement by submitting any information that could further the investigation.
