Bill McIntire is serving his first term as Mayor. Bill graduated from Clear Spring High School and attended Hagerstown Community College’s Mechanical Engineering program. In 2010, he started his business, McIntire HVAC. He is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Washington County, Class #33. Bill is active in the community and was the Clear Spring High School girls’ varsity Basketball Head Coach from 2011 to 2015 and the girls ’ varsity Softball Assistant Coach from 2012 to 2015. He has also served on the ARC of Washington County Board of Directors.
