Baltimore, MD – Mayor Brandon M. Scott has announced the lineup and logistical details for the 5th Annual Charm City Live, the city’s free end-of-summer music festival. Set to take place on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the historic War Memorial Plaza, the event promises a day of entertainment, local culture, and community engagement. This marks the fifth year for the popular festival, which aims to celebrate Baltimore’s vibrant spirit.
The festival will feature performances by national recording artists Case and Boys II Men, alongside sets from popular DJs including Porkchop, DJ Tanz, DJ Keebee, and Uncle E. Beyond the musical acts, Charm City Live will showcase a diverse array of local talent, food vendors offering culinary delights, and retail merchants. Community organizations will also be present, providing information about city resources and opportunities. A dedicated Kids Zone is planned for younger attendees, and a hiring fair will connect residents with employment prospects within Baltimore City government.

To facilitate the festival, the Baltimore City Department of Transportation will implement temporary road closures and traffic detours on September 5, 2026. Motorists can anticipate disruptions along portions of Gay Street, Baltimore Street, Saratoga Street, Lexington Street, and Fayette Street. Residents and visitors are advised to plan their travel accordingly, allow for extra time, follow detour signs, and consider alternative routes. Further details regarding traffic advisories and parking will be made available closer to the event date. Charm City Live is organized by the Mayor’s Office of Arts, Culture and Entertainment and is free to attend. Vendor applications for food, retail, and community exhibitors are still open via the Charm City Live website.
