The council will issue a Proclamation recognizing Pride Month, followed by a discussion regarding a request to use Fairgrounds Park for a football tournament, submitted by Matthew Remfe of the Hagerstown Hitters. Further into the Work Session, preliminary agenda items will be reviewed. A significant portion of the Work Session is dedicated to a discussion on the Landlord Tenant Ordinance, with input expected from Paul Fulk, the Neighborhood Services Manager. The approval of the CDBG Annual Action Plan will directly impact how federal resources are allocated to projects aimed at improving the community, potentially affecting local infrastructure, housing, and economic development initiatives.
