The preliminary investigation detailed in a press release from the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office indicates that a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 was traveling westbound on Middle Point Road when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The truck subsequently left the roadway and overturned. Emergency personnel from the Division of Fire and Rescue Services were present and attempted life-saving measures. However, the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, identified as 25-year-old Justin Thomas Nalborczyk of Myersville, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities believe that excessive speed and alcohol impairment were significant factors contributing to the collision. The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation into the incident. Individuals who may have additional information relevant to the crash are encouraged to contact Sgt.
