The recalled product is the Agio Menlo Woven Patio Swing, specifically identified by model number 1934256. These swings were exclusively sold at Costco retail stores and online through Costco.com between February and March of 2026. The patio swings feature a black metal frame and swing arms, a fabric canopy, and a seat upholstered in brown outdoor wicker. The frame measures approximately 75 inches in height, 71 inches in width, and 48 inches in depth, with the seat being about 58 inches wide and 19 inches deep.
World Bright International Limited, the distributor of the patio swings, is offering a remedy that involves a free repair. Consumers are advised to contact the company to receive replacement S-hooks with clasps and instructions on how to perform the repair. This measure aims to prevent the swing seat from detaching from the frame. The recall was initiated after the firm received eight reports detailing the swing seat detaching from the frame, which unfortunately resulted in eight reported injuries, including impact injuries to the head and arms.
The Agio Menlo Woven Patio Swings were sold for a price ranging from $549 to $649. Consumers who are uncertain whether their swing is part of this recall can contact World Bright International Limited for assistance in determining their model. The company can be reached toll-free at 888-383-1932, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time. Alternatively, consumers can email recall@agioliving.com or visit the company’s website at http://www.agioliving.com/pages/recall/patioswing or http://www.agioliving.com and navigate to the “Product Recalls” section.
