The event will feature several key attractions designed to highlight the artistic offerings within Hagerstown. Guided tours of the Cultural Trail will be available, providing an in-depth look at the public art installations that dot the downtown area. Those interested in these tours should gather at University Plaza at either 10:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. for a one-hour walking exploration. For a touch of personalized artistry, attendees can visit Potomac Walk to receive complimentary caricature portraits from artist Taurean Washington. Younger attendees, or those simply wishing to engage their creative side, can find a dedicated coloring station at The Maryland Theatre. A central hub for local commerce and creativity will be the Artisan Marketplace, located at University Plaza, where shoppers can browse and purchase unique items from a variety of local vendors and entrepreneurs. Beyond these specific offerings, the Art Walk encourages participants to explore the diverse array of arts and entertainment venues situated along the event route. Galleries, studios, and performance spaces will be open, promising discoveries around every corner.
