McIntosh, a dedicated family man, serves as the founder and lead pastor of Impact Ministries and Overseer of Ministerio de Impacto. His community involvement extends to his role as Vice President and Religious Chairman of the Washington County NAACP. He has also collaborated with various local organizations dedicated to youth development, public safety, and enhancing economic opportunities. As the owner of Les Energy LLC for over 12 years, McIntosh states he possesses firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by working families and small businesses within the community.
“I believe people are looking for leadership that listens, communicates clearly, and takes responsibility,” McIntosh said. “Washington County deserves a government that puts people first and delivers real solutions-focused results.”
The cornerstone of McIntosh’s campaign is built upon five key priorities. The first is “Practical, Accountable, and Future-Focused Education,” which emphasizes ensuring that investments in education yield tangible results for students, teachers, families, and taxpayers. Secondly, he addresses “Smart, Inclusive Housing Solutions,” advocating for a practical, people-first approach to housing accessibility that allows families, seniors, and working professionals to reside and prosper in Washington County.
A third priority is “Fair, Reliable Transportation,” with a focus on expanding transportation options that equitably serve both rural and urban communities, thereby connecting residents to jobs, educational institutions, and essential services. McIntosh also champions “Smarter Zoning for Housing Needs,” proposing practical and modern zoning reforms designed to increase housing choices, support affordability and stability, and preserve the character of existing neighborhoods. Finally, his platform includes “Tax Accountability You Can Afford,” highlighting a commitment to transparency, fiscal responsibility, and clear communication regarding public fund expenditure. This priority also aims to ensure tax credits keep pace with rising costs and inflation.
