An officer in the vicinity heard the gunfire and responded promptly, observing several individuals fleeing the scene. Authorities executed a search and seizure warrant at a residence also located in the 100 block of E South Street. During the execution of the warrant, detectives arrested Moore, who was subsequently charged with First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Possession of a Firearm After Felony Conviction, and several other firearm-related offenses.
