The Ida Lee NFL Flag Football House league will continue to offer co-ed divisions for participants aged 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, and 14-17 years old. The significant addition for the Spring 2026 season is the introduction of all-girls divisions specifically for middle schoolers aged 11–13 and high schoolers aged 14–17. Following player evaluations, teams will be formed through a draft process. All registered players will receive official NFL jerseys as part of their participation. Each team is scheduled to play a minimum of seven regular-season games, with subsequent playoffs to crown division champions.

Registration for both the co-ed and the new all-girls divisions is currently underway. An early-bird discount is available for participants who register by January 11, with a fee of $155. After this date, the registration fee will increase to $175. The final deadline to register for the league is February 16, though spots may be filled on a first-come, first-served basis if divisions reach their maximum capacity before this date. Interested individuals can find more information, including details on player evaluation dates and opportunities to coach, by visiting http://www.idalee.org and navigating to the Programs tab.
