A fire in a high-rise apartment building in Hagerstown, Maryland, is currently under investigation by the Office of the State Fire Marshal. The blaze, which occurred at 11 W Baltimore Street, was reported around 3:04 AM on October 26, 2025. The fire resulted in two injuries and displaced two occupants from their residences.

The Hagerstown Fire Department was the primary responding agency, with 53 firefighters tackling the incident, which was brought under control in approximately five minutes. The fire alarm and sprinkler systems within the building were activated, and smoke alarms also responded. Preliminary findings indicate the fire originated in the kitchen/living room area of the apartment belonging to Stephen Jones. The estimated damage to the structure is $100,000, with an additional $100,000 in damages to contents. No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
