Early in-person voting is scheduled for Friday, October 24, and Saturday, October 25, 2025, with voting hours from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The designated location for early voting is the Trinity Recreation Center, located at 6040 New Design Rd, Frederick, MD 21703. All registered voters within the City of Frederick are eligible to participate in early voting, offering an opportunity to avoid potential lines on Election Day.

For those unable to vote early, several options remain available. Ballots can be returned by mail or deposited in a designated drop box. Mail-in ballots must be postmarked by November 4, 2025, and received no later than November 7, 2025. Ballots submitted via drop box must be deposited by 8:00 p.m. on November 4, 2025.

The General Election will take place on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. In-person voting on Election Day will also be held at the Trinity Recreation Center, 6040 New Design Rd, Frederick, MD 21703.

Several ballot drop box locations are available throughout the City of Frederick for convenient ballot return. These include: The Bourne Building at 355 Montevue Lane, Hillcrest Commons at 1150 Orchard Terrace, Talley Recreation Center at 121 North Bentz Street, the Housing Authority Office at 209 Madison Street, Governor Thomas Johnson High School at 1501 North Market Street, and Frederick Community College at 7932 Opossumtown Pike.
