Approximately 98,350 units of Evermore Surprise Eggs are being recalled by In Motion Design Inc. due to a violation of the federal lead content ban, as announced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The toy airplane found within these eggs contains lead levels that exceed permissible limits, posing a significant health risk to young children if ingested.

The recalled products are Evermore Surprise Eggs with yellow, pink, or green wrapping. These gold-colored eggs contain a variety of seven different toys, including a toy airplane that has been identified as the source of the lead contamination. The eggs were sold nationwide at 7-Eleven, Horizon, Speedway, and Murphy stores between March 2025 and April 2025. The price point for each egg was approximately $10.
In Motion Design Inc., based in Paramount, California, has initiated a recall of these products. Consumers who have purchased these surprise eggs are strongly advised to stop using them immediately. To receive a refund, customers are instructed to contact In Motion Design directly. The company requires consumers to destroy the toy airplane, provide photographic proof of its destruction to support@in-motion-design.com, and then dispose of the airplane in accordance with local and state regulations.
While no incidents or injuries have been reported in connection with this product, the CPSC emphasizes the serious health implications of lead exposure in young children. Lead is a toxic substance that can lead to adverse health issues. The importer of the product is In Motion Design Inc. The affected products were manufactured in China. The recall number for this item is 26-001.
