The memorial service is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 6 pm, within the Washington County Emergency Services Tribute Gardens, located at Hagerstown City Park. This event aims to serve as a profound acknowledgment of the bravery, dedication, and resilience demonstrated by individuals who work to ensure the community’s well-being and security.
Attendees are advised to bring their own chairs for the ceremony. While limited handicap parking will be accessible, those requiring it should plan accordingly.
