The affected swatters, labeled with model number BZ-001 on a silver sticker on the handle, were sold exclusively through Amazon from May 2022 through June 2025, retailing between $20 and $40. While no injuries have been reported, the internal battery’s risk of ignition poses a fire hazard, especially if the device is left on for long durations.

Consumers are urged to stop using the product immediately and to contact iMirror for a full refund. The company is providing pre-paid return shipping labels and will process refunds once the returned product is received. Those who purchased through Amazon will be notified directly via the platform or email.
