The recalled products are 9-volt battery-operated smoke detectors featuring a light sound warning and a test button. They are circular in shape and white in color. Consumers can identify the affected models by checking for the model number “XG-7D04-KZ9Z” and SKU number “CX-50YP-A5VN” printed on the underside of the alarm. These devices were exclusively sold on Amazon.com by TIANJINSHIHAOWEIXINSHENGJIDIANANZHUANGGONGCHENG, a retailer based in China. The recalled smoke detectors were available for purchase between February 2024 and December 2025, with a price point of approximately $30 per three-pack.
Consumers who have purchased these LSHOME smoke detector fire alarms are urged to immediately stop using them. To receive a full refund, individuals should contact the seller via email at lmm15957491237@163.com and follow the provided instructions for processing the refund through Amazon.com. Once the refund process is complete, the recalled smoke alarms can be safely discarded in regular household trash. No incidents or injuries related to this defect have been reported.
