The toy sets include nine brightly colored peg dolls of varying sizes and a wooden base with corresponding holes. The spherical heads of the peg dolls can become lodged in a child’s throat, violating federal safety regulations for toys and creating a potential choking hazard. Although no injuries have been reported, consumers are advised to stop using the product immediately and dispose of it.
“Model SD13” can be found printed on a white label on the side of the toy packaging. The recalled items were sold between May 2021 and January 2025 for around $20. The product was imported by Taizhoushi Ermu Jinchukou Co., Ltd., doing business as Babywants, and manufactured in China.
