The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) determined that the recalled E-Bully 1000W electric youth ATVs pose two key hazards: a laceration risk from the handlebars and a collision risk due to faulty parking brakes. If a child rider hits the handlebars at high speed, it could result in serious injuries. Additionally, the failure of the parking brake to hold can lead to unexpected movement or crashes. These failures are in direct violation of mandatory federal ATV safety regulations.
The affected vehicles were available in several colors, including red, blue, green, black, and white, and were sold under brand names such as Seangles and Offroad Mall. The model name “E-Bully” appears on the VIN plate on the right front side of the frame column, and the left front side includes a plate stating the ATV is part of Lil Pick Up’s action plan approved by the CPSC.
