Nearly 200,000 Vivitar Blender Bottles sold exclusively at Target have been recalled due to a potential safety hazard. The affected products are identifiable by the labeling “VIVITAR,” “Description: Blender Bottle,” “ITEM: ES15-BB-TA,” and “MID #5220824,” located on a sticker beneath the white plastic base. The same MID number is also stamped directly onto the base. The blender bottles, made of clear plastic with a white top and base, were sold at Target stores and on Target.com from December 2024 through January 2025 at a price of approximately $5.
Consumers are advised to stop using the blender bottles immediately and contact Sakar for a refund. The company is offering a $5 Target gift card or a check upon return of the recalled unit. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided, and proof of purchase is not required. Units should not be returned to Target stores directly. Sakar has committed to reaching out to all known purchasers.
