Emergency responders from the Baltimore County Fire Department and EMS arrived at the scene along with personnel from the Maryland Department of Transportation’s State Highway Administration. The Maryland State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division conducted a post-crash inspection of the tractor-trailer. The crash led to road closures for several hours as authorities investigated the scene and cleared the wreckage.
The Maryland State Police Crash Team is leading the investigation, with initial findings suggesting impairment may have played a role in the collision. Charges are pending the completion of the investigation and consultation with the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office.
