Authorities in Pennsylvania are actively seeking public assistance in several ongoing investigations, including drug-related offenses, a shooting incident, and a credit card skimming case.

The Chambersburg Police Department has issued arrest warrants for Joshua Smalls, 33, and Michael Robinson, 44, both wanted for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. In a separate incident, on January 31, 2025, Chambersburg Police responded to reports of shots fired near West Catherine and Water Streets. A juvenile victim sustained a gunshot wound and received hospital treatment; their current condition remains unknown. The incident is believed to be targeted and isolated, posing no ongoing threat to the public. During the investigation, Mikaijah J. Mitchell was arrested and charged, while authorities are still seeking Ky’Jarese D. Hicks and Aaron K. Helman Jr. in connection with the case. Meanwhile, the Pocono Township Police Department is investigating a credit card skimming incident at Weis Market in Tannersville. A male and female suspect allegedly installed a skimming device at the location. The police have released images of the suspects and are requesting assistance in identifying them. Residents are advised to monitor their financial statements and report any fraudulent activity to both the police and their financial institutions.
