The footage and subsequent investigation revealed the shooting stemmed from a dispute between individuals known to each other. On January 21, the suspect, identified as Kenwon Addison Jr., was apprehended without incident at Tuscarora High School. Officers from the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest. Addison Jr. is facing multiple charges and was transferred from the Frederick County Detention Center to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is currently held.
