HAGERSTOWN, MD News (9/19/2024) – The City of Hagerstown has published a Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds (NOIRRF) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the construction of sidewalks along Security Road. The proposed project would span from Brookline Avenue to the entrance of Fairgrounds Park and is slated for City Fiscal Year 2025.

All comments submitted by September 26, 2024, will be taken into account before the City proceeds with the request for release of funds.
