HAGERSTOWN, Md. – Rider Jet Center, a comprehensive Fixed Base Operator located at Hagerstown Regional Airport, has announced the arrival of two new tenants to its 22,000-square-foot office building. On The Town Limousines, a company previously based in Frederick, has established a new presence at Rider Jet Center. This expansion signifies a broader reach for the luxury transportation provider, which now serves not only Maryland but also Northern Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C. The company is committed to providing reliable transportation, maintaining immaculate vehicles, and employing professional chauffeurs. With a fleet of various vehicles available and a focus on quality and affordability, On The Town Limousines aims to cater to the transportation needs of corporate and charter traffic passing through Hagerstown Regional Airport.
In addition to transportation services, Rider Jet Center has also welcomed FAA Designated Aviation Medical Examiners Dr. Daniel Weinberg and Dr. Roberta Rothen. The doctors have relocated their practice to the Rider Jet Center offices, where they will conduct essential pilot medical examinations. Both physicians are FAA Designated Senior AMEs, equipped to administer all classes of FAA medical exams. Aviation Medical Examiners, or AMEs, are physicians certified by the Federal Aviation Administration to perform physical evaluations and issue the necessary medical certificates required for pilots and air traffic controllers to operate. The addition of these medical professionals offers a convenient, on-site resource for aviation personnel requiring their bi-annual or periodic medical certifications. Both new tenants are situated in the upstairs offices within the Rider Jet Center building.

The center was previously recognized as “Tops in Service” for Fixed Base Operators by Aerospace and Defense Review in 2025 and received the Washington County “At Your Service” Award in 2026 for its outstanding local service. In addition to The Grille at Runways and South Mountain Aviation, Rider Jet Center’s office building accommodates various other tenants, including flight operation offices and other service-oriented businesses.
