The Golden Mile Small Area Profile, released concurrently with the plan’s launch, provides a detailed summary of existing conditions within the designated area. This baseline document is intended to create a shared understanding of the community as it stands today, thereby facilitating more effective planning and implementation efforts. It will serve as a foundation for discussions and decision-making throughout the planning process, ensuring that future strategies are informed by current realities.

To ensure broad community participation, residents and stakeholders are encouraged to contribute their perspectives through an online survey, which is now available. This survey represents the first of many opportunities for public involvement and will remain open until September 18, 2026. Additionally, individuals interested in playing a more active role in the plan’s development can apply to join the Golden Mile Small Area Plan Steering Committee. The application form for committee membership is also available online and must be submitted by the same deadline of September 18, 2026.
