The conviction follows a months-long investigation that culminated in a search warrant being executed at Fox’s Scranton residence on August 22, 2024. During the search, law enforcement officials discovered an automated pill press, along with various other instruments used in the manufacturing of illicit pills. Authorities also seized over 1000 pills confirmed to contain methamphetamine and other controlled substances. Evidence collected from the scene also included methamphetamine powder, a large amount of ammunition, and three handguns, one of which had its serial number intentionally obliterated.
