Attorney General Anthony G. Brown has announced the sentencing of five individuals linked to the Sin City Deciples outlaw motorcycle club, who have pleaded guilty to their involvement in a criminal organization and a scheme that resulted in the theft of at least 19 high-value motorcycles, totaling over $100,000. The convictions stem from a multi-jurisdictional investigation targeting a coordinated motorcycle theft enterprise that operated across several Maryland counties, as well as in parts of Virginia and Pennsylvania.

The investigation, spearheaded by the Attorney General’s Organized Crime Unit, revealed that the group specifically targeted custom motorcycles belonging to attendees of the 2024 Ocean City BikeFest. Authorities indicated that members of this criminal organization would travel together to scout for potential targets, execute coordinated thefts, and then transport the stolen vehicles to stash houses where they were dismantled for resale or parts. The stolen motorcycles were frequently transported across state lines, with identifying features removed and license plates altered to evade detection. The group also reportedly used stolen motorcycles to facilitate further criminal activity. A significant number of the thefts occurred during the Ocean City BikeFest, with some motorcycles being abandoned along Route 50 and others taken to Baltimore County for processing.

Between November 2025 and March 2026, all five defendants entered guilty pleas in the Circuit Court for Worcester County. Jermaine Alphonso Holland received a sentence of 20 years of incarceration, and he faces additional charges in Virginia and Pennsylvania for similar alleged offenses. Darius Kyre Wilson was sentenced to a total of 20 years, with all but 10 years suspended, and was ordered to pay restitution. He will also serve 5 years of supervised probation following his release.

Marque Lava Smith was sentenced to 10 years of incarceration, with all but 5 years suspended, and also pleaded guilty to illegal possession of ammunition. He was ordered to pay restitution and will be on supervised probation for 5 years. Megan Alexis Wilson received a 5-year sentence, with all but 2 years suspended. She was ordered to pay restitution and will serve 4 years of supervised probation. Kai Dupree Burrell was sentenced to 5 years of incarceration, with all but 67 days suspended, and was ordered to pay a $3,000 fine and $500 in restitution. He was also placed on 5 years of supervised probation.

As part of their respective probation terms, all five individuals are prohibited from having any contact with outlaw motorcycle clubs, including the Sin City Deciples. They are barred from attending motorcycle-related events, such as Ocean City BikeFest, and must remove any gang-related imagery from their social media and personal belongings. Furthermore, they are forbidden from selling or promoting outlaw motorcycle gang paraphernalia, from entering Harley-Davidson dealerships, and from engaging in any activities that associate them with motorcycle club operations. Darius and Megan Wilson, being married, are permitted to maintain contact with each other.

The successful prosecution of this case involved collaboration between various law enforcement agencies, including the Ocean City Police Department, the Baltimore County Police Department, the Maryland State Police, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives, along with the State’s Attorney’s offices in Worcester and Baltimore Counties, and assistance from neighboring states.
