Frederick, MD – A traffic stop conducted by deputies of the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office early on February 19, 2026, resulted in the arrest of a local man and the seizure of a substantial quantity of illicit substances. During the arrest, deputies discovered controlled substances on Perry-Walker’s person, including PCP and cannabis. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed additional illicit items, specifically psilocybin mushrooms. The total amount of controlled substances seized included approximately 361 grams of psychedelic mushrooms, 13.7 grams of PCP, and 70.6 grams of marijuana. The seizure also encompassed seven jars of THC wax, eight jars of marijuana moon rocks, three bottles of promethazine, and a quantity of cut OxyContin pills.

Perry-Walker was taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for processing. He is now facing a range of felony and misdemeanor charges. These include felony possession of PCP, LSD, or hallucinogens with intent to distribute, two separate felony charges for possession of controlled substances with intent to distribute, and misdemeanor obstruction of law enforcement. Additionally, he faces charges for misdemeanor possession of cannabis with intent to distribute and four separate misdemeanor charges for possession of non-cannabis controlled substances.
