The nomination period for the Champion of Youth Award will remain open until Friday, March 6. The selected recipient will be formally recognized during the upcoming awards dinner. During the evening’s proceedings, the BGCWC will also announce the 2026 BGCWC Andrew Hoffman Youth of the Year. This significant honor is presented to an outstanding Club member who embodies the organization’s mission and serves as an ambassador for the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County. This selected Youth of the Year will also have the opportunity to advance to compete for the Maryland Youth of the Year title in May, with this scholarship program providing a pathway for further recognition.
