Approximately 6,600 units of these 12-pack glow stick bracelets are affected by this recall. The recalled product is described as a 12-pack containing bracelets in green, red, pink, orange, yellow, and blue colors. The packaging is marked with “Destination Holiday Bracelets” and a UPC of 9787014483. These items were sold at H-E-B stores located in Texas from September 2025 through October 2025, with a retail price of about $1. H-E-B, LP, based in San Antonio, Texas, is the importer for these products, which were manufactured in China.

Consumers who have purchased the Destination Holiday Glow Light Stick Bracelets are advised not to use the green glow stick. To receive a full refund, consumers should return the affected bracelet or the entire 12-pack container to H-E-B. H-E-B can be reached by phone at 855-432-4438, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Central Time. While H-E-B has reported one instance of a green bracelet leaking, no injuries have been reported in connection with this hazard. The recall number for this incident is 26-057.
