The month kicks off with “City Park Ghost Tours” on Friday, October 31, 2025. The holiday festivities continue on Saturday, November 22, 2025, with the “Holiday Market” on South Potomac Street from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM. This event aims to support local makers and promote community spirit. On the same evening, the annual “Downtown Tree Lighting” will take place at Public Square from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The tradition will include a visit with Santa inside Create-a-Candle, complimentary hot cocoa outside Cannon Coffee, bounce houses, and music from the North Hagerstown High School band, alongside shopping opportunities with over 30 vendors.
