During the off-season, restroom facilities will be shut down with the exception of Fairgrounds Park and City Park, where portable restroom options will remain available. Additionally, water service to the dog park will be discontinued starting Friday, October 31. While pavilion rentals are suspended for the remainder of the current season, the city is now accepting applications for rentals for the upcoming 2026 season. Those who may have left personal belongings behind in a city park are encouraged to contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 301-739-8577, extension 169, or send an email to parks&rec@hagerstownmd.org. Any items not claimed by December 1, 2025, will be discarded. City parks are scheduled to reopen for the 2026 season on Saturday, April 11.
