Natalia played an increasingly significant role in shaping the restaurant, refining the flour recipe and expanding the menu beyond soft pretzels to include calzones.

Customer input has been a driving force behind the evolution of Pretzel and Pizza Creations’ menu. Responding to requests from local office workers and boutique store employees in the downtown area, the business introduced pretzel focaccia and pretzel bagels to accommodate sandwich orders.
