Downtown Hagerstown is seeking community support to install and maintain festive holiday flower baskets, aiming to create a merry and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors throughout the holiday season. According to information from the City of Hagerstown Community Engagement Office, local businesses, organizations, and families are invited to sponsor these “Bloom & Bright” baskets for $100 each.
