Juan Manuel De La Rosa-Tejeda, 39, of Hagerstown, also known as “Little Papi,” received a 121-month prison sentence after being identified as a key figure in a drug trafficking ring. Federal authorities revealed that De La Rosa-Tejeda distributed cocaine, fentanyl, and heroin throughout Berkeley County, West Virginia. The illegal operation reportedly centered around a Hagerstown appliance store, Top 3 Sources Appliances, which served as the base for drug sales.

Authorities conducted searches of both De La Rosa-Tejeda’s residence and the business. They recovered over $120,000 in cash from his home. From the store location, law enforcement seized close to nine kilograms of cocaine and more than one kilogram of heroin, solidifying his role as a central player in the conspiracy.
