Washington County residents can look forward to a refreshed start to summer as the Marty Snook Pool is set to open for the 2025 season on Memorial Day, Monday, May 26. While the pool was originally scheduled to welcome swimmers over the weekend, forecasts of inclement weather have pushed the opening to the holiday, when it will operate from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

During the early weeks of the season, the facility will be open on weekends only, running from noon to 6:00 p.m. Beginning Monday, June 9, the pool will shift to a daily schedule. Weekday hours will be 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., while weekend hours will remain from noon until 6:00 p.m., offering residents more flexibility to enjoy the recreational site.

Admission to the pool will be cash-only, with daily fees structured at $3.00 for Pre-K children, $4.00 for students in grades K-12 and senior citizens, and $5.00 for adults. A discounted rate of $1.00 will apply to all admissions after 5:00 p.m. Season passes are also available, with family packages starting at $175.00 for up to five members and individual rates set at $110.00 for adults and $85.00 for children.
