Washington County officials are inviting local businesses and community members to support the upcoming 2025 Ice Cream Trail by becoming sponsors. Organized by the Department of Business and Economic Development in partnership with the Public Relations and Marketing Department, the annual initiative highlights regional ice cream establishments and promotes local tourism. With a range of sponsorship tiers available, the County hopes to generate widespread participation ahead of the event’s launch.

The top sponsorship opportunity, the Platinum level, is available to one sponsor for $1,000. This package includes exclusive name recognition on digital and physical platforms, including the County’s website, social media channels, and theater ads, as well as top placement of the sponsor’s logo on the official Ice Cream Trail t-shirt. The Diamond tier, limited to one sponsor at $500, provides prominent visibility through similar channels and secondary logo placement.
Gold sponsorships are open to five contributors at $250 each. These sponsors will receive recognition through shared media exposure and third-tier logo placement on the t-shirt. Silver and Bronze tiers, available to ten and twenty sponsors respectively, are priced at $100 and $50. Both levels include shared promotional posts and logo placements, albeit lower in the ranking.
