A coordinated law enforcement operation led to the arrest of two men in Cecil County, Maryland, who now face multiple drug and firearm charges. Authorities seized ten firearms, including a stolen AR-15, along with significant quantities of illegal drugs during the investigation, which spanned several months and also targeted locations in southern Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Maryland State Police identified the suspects as Alishawaine Monk, 34, of Port Deposit, and Ronald Dugger, 45, of North East. Monk faces charges including possession with intent to distribute controlled dangerous substances, possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime, and multiple additional offenses. Due to prior restrictions, Monk was prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition. Dugger faces similar charges related to drug distribution and firearm possession. Both individuals are being held without bail at the Cecil County Detention Center.
The investigation, conducted with assistance from the Pennsylvania State Police, included the execution of search warrants on April 17. Searches of residences and storage units associated with the suspects uncovered bags containing 810 grams of cocaine, 307 grams of crystal methamphetamine, various drug packaging materials, a digital scale, and a vacuum sealer. Authorities also recovered multiple magazines, firearm accessories, and ammunition.

Agencies involved in the operation included the Maryland State Police, Cecil County Sheriff’s Office, Elkton Police Department, North East Police Department, and the Cecil County Division of Parole and Probation. Officials report that the investigation remains active and ongoing.
